A general practice firm in a law office existing since 1870. Emphasis on personal attention and counsel particularly suited to our client’s needs.
Attorney Jane R. Marsh received her law degree in 1980 from the University of Connecticut (cum laude). Following graduation, she practiced with her father, Attorney E. Lea Marsh, until his death. Jane continued as a sole practitioner until she was joined by William Bouregy in 1994. In June, 2011 Mr. Bouregy left the firm to establish a separate practice. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, general counsel for the Connecticut Farm Bureau, and municipal attorney for the Town of Deep River. She has resided in Old Lyme for her entire life and has been an elected member of the Old Lyme Zoning Commission and the Connecticut River Estuary Regional Planning Agency for more than 30 years.
Attorney Marsh centers her practice around the needs of people in her community with emphasis on efficient and fair resolutions of their problems with the least amount of damage to all of the parties involved.
